Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your appointment time to allow for any consultation time that may be required. If you are late for your appointment, the service time may have to be reduced accordingly, regrettably with no reduction in price.
We aim to ensure the full satisfaction of all our services. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please contact our client service advisors within one week of your service date. There are no refunds on services or gift certificates. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of any products, please return the products within two weeks of purchase for a merchandise credit. Defective styling tools must be returned within thirty days of purchase. After this time, please refer to the manufacturers warranty. Brushes and hair extensions are considered final purchases. Exchanges may be made on unopened products only.
At times, when cancellations or rescheduling is necessary, we ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. We do charge fully for missed appointments under this notice period. A credit card is required to schedule group services, formal styling and wedding parties.
Unfortunately, we do not have childcare facilities or staff trained in childcare. It is essential that all children remain seated in the waiting area to ensure their safety. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment and maintain a comfortable atmosphere for our clients. While we love children, the salon is a place for adults so we request that the appropriate babysitting arrangements are made to ensure you are able to enjoy your visit.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
